Saint John Security Installations Ltd has been providing security solutions nationwide since 1999.

Saint John Security's head office based in Coventry employs a team of highly trained and experienced security consultants who are on hand to advise both residential and business customers on the best possible security solutions. The company has a network of engineers based throughout the UK who are able to respond quickly and efficiently to installation requests and emergency callouts. The whole team is put through a Police and British Standards approved screening process and is trained to SSAIB standards to give every customer peace of mind.

Saint John Security is a registered member of the SSAIB (Security Systems and Alarm Inspection Board), which inspects and ensures the standard and quality of our systems and installations.

What we do:

Saint John Security also provides full security solutions to both the residential and commercial sectors for Monitored Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarms.

All security systems provided by Saint John Security incorporate the latest state-of-the-art technology and comply with all current British and European Standards, BSEN50131, BS4737, BS6799, PD6662. The company can provide alarms to either insurance Grade 1, 2 or 3 and can also supply specialised systems such as Redcare an IP signalling.

We continue to provide security systems for some of the largest names in the UK home building market, names such as Taylor Wimpey and Bryant Homes and we have also worked on many prestigious private building projects in London and throughout the UK.

Home, Retail, Office, Warehouse and Industrial are part of our extensive portfolio of client premises secured by Saint John Security and G4S Monitoring.

Terms of Business

All orders received and paid for will be delivered within 48-72 hours. Saint John Security Installations Ltd accepts no liability for any delay in the delivery of goods or services due to circumstances beyond our control.

Goods and services supplied by Saint John Security Installations Ltd carry a full one year warranty, during this period we will replace or repair any faulty items or make good any faulty workmanship at no cost to the customer.

Saint John Security Installations Ltd offer all customers a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the date of placing the order. During this period the customer may cancel their order and receive a full refund of monies paid. Please note that we reserve the right to withhold payments or part payments for goods returned that are found to be damaged, fair wear and tear accepted.

Saint John Security Installations Ltd does not hold on file any customer financial records.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.

Certificate of conformity

As part of our membership of The SSAIB we will provide a certificate of conformity for every alarm installation completed. Simply pass this onto to your insurance company to prove you have an approved professional system in place.

Regular inspections

Every 6 months an SSAIB inspector will visit our headoffice to ensure all office procedures, maintenance & installations are being carried out to the highest standards & comply with regulation.
